No, the Parasol Passport is strictly personal. Once your bracelet is on your wrist, it must stay with you until the end of the festival.

During the festival, lost items will be kept at the ticket booth located at the entrance of the site.

Lost items can be claimed up to 30 days after the event. After this period, unclaimed items will be disposed of.
Festival Parasol is not responsible for stolen or damaged items. Please make sure to keep your personal belongings safe.
Yes! The Parasol Festival is the biggest party of the summer in the Outaouais. All of our programming takes place outdoors, on the grounds of the Hôtel-Casino du Lac-Leamy.
Yes, you may leave the site and return later, as long as you keep your wristband on to re-enter the festival grounds.
In case of rain, the site remains open.
However, the festival organization reserves the right, during a session, to announce that festivalgoers wearing a valid wristband may be allowed to return for another session if weather conditions (more than 2 mm of rain) prevented them from fully enjoying the site. A wristband must be worn to be eligible.
This is what we call the Parasol Weather Guarantee. If activated, updates will also be shared on the festival’s social media platforms.
Yes, certain areas of the site have been adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
There is no reserved parking on site, but several nearby options are available to make your arrival easier.

There is no minimum age to experience Festival Parasol.
Children aged 12 and under are welcome free of charge, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. For minors, an accompanying adult is required, along with a valid piece of ID.
Only properly identified and accredited service animals are permitted on site. Proof will be required at the entrance.
It is allowed to smoke or vape on the site, but only in the designated smoking area.
The rest of the festival is an open-air space we want to keep clean and enjoyable for everyone — no cigarette butts in the sand or in the pool, like a little summer oasis we’re all sharing together.

In accordance with cannabis regulations, smoking or vaping cannabis is prohibited in all public spaces, both indoors and outdoors.

Yes. Outdoor and multi-level parking is available free of charge at the Hôtel-Casino du Lac-Leamy.
