Festival Parasol is not responsible for stolen or damaged items. Please make sure to keep your personal belongings safe.

Is the festival held outdoors?

Yes! The Parasol Festival is the biggest party of the summer in the Outaouais. All of our programming takes place outdoors, on the grounds of the Hôtel-Casino du Lac-Leamy.

Can we enter and exit the site during the festival?

Yes, you may leave the site and return later, as long as you keep your wristband on to re-enter the festival grounds.

What happens if the weather decides to crash the party?

In case of rain, the site remains open.

However, the festival organization reserves the right, during a session, to announce that festivalgoers wearing a valid wristband may be allowed to return for another session if weather conditions (more than 2 mm of rain) prevented them from fully enjoying the site. A wristband must be worn to be eligible.

This is what we call the Parasol Weather Guarantee. If activated, updates will also be shared on the festival’s social media platforms.

Is the festival accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, certain areas of the site have been adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility.

There is no reserved parking on site, but several nearby options are available to make your arrival easier.

Good news as well: companions receive a free ticket, so you can enjoy the experience together.
